Our directors, Craig and Gillian have over 50 years collective experience in the property industry and have spent much of the last 20 years collaborating on various projects. This significant experience and insight, coupled with their creative spark has evolved into The Turpie Method, our bespoke marketing approach.
Always looking for new ways to enhance the services on offer at Turpie & Co, Craig and Gillian regularly travel to conferences at home and abroad to learn from the very best in the industry. Both have been granted International REALTOR Membership of the National Association of Realtors, adding a global perspective to local, national and lifestyle real estate. In addition, Craig has been elected to the National Advisory Council of The Guild of Property Professionals, helping shape policy and compliance within the industry, while Gillian has been handpicked as a ‘Trusted Voice’ of The Guild, educating estate agents and consumers across the UK on the buying and selling process.
